Psychologists and health care providers are traditionally licensed by their state jurisdiction.

Luckily, as teletherapy has grown in popularity, states are working together to make online therapy more accessible!

PSYPACT, or the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact, authorizes psychologists to practice across state lines in participating states.

Lewin Psychological Services is authorized by PSYPACT to offer telehealth in many states. Click here to view the most up-to-date coverage map and determine if your state is participating in the agreement.

Residents in states that have joined PSYPACT can make a telehealth appointment with licensed clinical psychologists in participating states. Mental health providers in these states are not enrolled automatically. Service providers apply and are granted permission from the PSYPACT commission to offer telepsychology appointments across state boundaries.
